Measuring Cup (MC) |
The MC has many functions including: - Preventing heat and steam from escaping during cooking and stops food splashing out of the lid when cooking, grating and milling. - It is important to remember that the MC is NOT a metric measuring cup. When full to the brim it holds 100ml water, oil or milk; 100g sugar; 55g flour; 80g corn flour; 100g rice and 50g grated Parmesan cheese. |
