Thermomix

Fantan provides two different cooking class series; one series focused on providing free demonstrations for how the Thermomix operates for those interested in the machine and a cooking class series that introduces you to new ways of cooking and new food. All demos and classes are set in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere at the Fantan Farm Kitchen.

The cooking classes have different themes every week ( see event schedules) so stay tuned to our website or follow us on Meetup with Facebook to see the latest developments. An instructor is regularly on hand to talk to the audience explaining about how the food is cooked and what you are tasting. Some of the past themes we have had is cooking classes showcasing the best of Italian, Chinese, and continental European cuisines. You do not have to have a Thermomix to attend the cooking classes; however it will definitely make it much easier to replicate what you learn in the cooking class. The classes provide a great support network for those who own a Thermomix as they provide an opportunity to share experiences and recipes with each other and learn more about different cooking techniques.
